Join us at Common Fire for four Tuesday evenings at 6:30, beginning September 24th. Advance tickets are required and can be purchased above.
Each evening begins with a 30-minute informational presentation followed by a conducted tasting of five or six wines. There’s enough food to constitute a light supper. All included: $120 for all four classes; up to three additional tickets: $100 each.

Sweetness, dryness, acidity and balance are the basis of every wine. Tonight, master these elements of style and create a solid frame for examining every wine.

Sauvignon blanc is not chardonnay; cabernet is not malbec. But why? Tonight, discover the origins and character of several varieties of fine wine grapes through comparative tasting.
Tuesday Three: The Place: France 6:30 – 8PM
The French have occupied the energetic dead-center of wine for generations and that pride of place is mostly deserved. Discover France tonight!
Tuesday Four: The Other Place: Italy 6:30 – 8PM
While France kind of owns the franchise when it comes to important wine, the Italians have one important advantage over the French: they’re Italian! Come drink with them.
